Right of withdrawal (14-day return period)
As a Consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts from the day you received the order.
How to make a return
1. Within 14 days of receiving the shipment, send a statement of withdrawal from the contract to kontakt@ekorolka.pl. You can use the template below, but it is not mandatory.
2. In response, you will receive confirmation and the address to return the Product.
3. Return the Product immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of submitting the statement. The direct cost of returning the Product is borne by the Customer.
4. The refund, including the cost of the cheapest delivery offered, will be made using the same payment method you used, within 14 days of receiving the statement. We may withhold the refund until we receive the Product or proof of its dispatch.
Condition of the returned product
You are responsible for any diminished value of the Product resulting from its use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Complaints
If the Product is not in conformity with the contract (defective, damaged, incomplete), please write to us at kontakt@ekorolka.pl. Describe the problem, attach photos if possible, and provide your order number. We will process your complaint within 14 days. In the case of a justified complaint, the Product will be exchanged or repaired, and if this is not possible, we will refund your money. The Seller covers the costs of returning the complained Product.
