We deliver within Poland and to the following European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Germany, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Hungary, and Italy.
Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 24 working hours of payment being credited. Estimated delivery time within Poland is usually 2 to 10 working days from dispatch. For deliveries to other European Union countries, delivery time is usually 3 to 14 working days, depending on the country.
Delivery costs
Delivery cost within Poland is PLN 9.99, and orders worth at least PLN 99 are delivered free of charge. Delivery cost to other countries depends on the destination country. The exact delivery cost is always visible in the shopping cart before placing an order.
Tracking your shipment
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Delivery issues
If your shipment has not arrived within the estimated time or arrived damaged, please email us at kontakt@ekorolka.pl, providing your order number. We handle each case individually: we send a new product or issue a refund.
